1 License Use
The licenses for our products are valid solely for use on a single server or web server and only on the domain on which the customer has registered the products. Any other use, including but not limited to use on multiple servers or domains, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the license.
2. resale and redistribution
The Licensee is prohibited from reselling, renting, leasing, lending, transferring or redistributing the Licenses or the Licensed Products. Any unauthorized use, duplication or distribution of the licensed products will be considered a violation of these terms and conditions and will result in immediate termination of the license.
3. right of revocation
There is no right of revocation for the licenses. All sales are final and no refunds or cancellations will be granted.
4. removal of the licenses
Venxu Technologies reserves the right to remove the licenses at any time without notice and without giving any reason. The Licensee acknowledges and accepts that Venxu Technologies cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that may result from the removal of the licenses.
5 Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Venxu Technologies does not warrant that the Licensed Products will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Venxu Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the licensed products.
6. trademark notice
Licensee may not remove or alter the trademark or labeling (e.g., "Created by Venxu Technologies") on the Licensed Products. Removal or alteration may result in immediate termination of the license.
7. changes to the conditions
Venxu Technologies reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Licensed Products after changes to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the changed Terms.
8 Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Venxu Technologies is located. Venxu Technologies' registered office shall be the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
